Do we know the breakdown of room categories?

Nice! I’ve just got a standard view studio for week 39 (114 points) plus a 36 points top-up contract.Just got off the phone with my guide and confirmed there are no magical beginnings for the new incentives.
Just bought 426 PIT points! Fixed week #50 in a 1 bedroom theme park view!
This leads me to believe it was going to be it's own association during the design phase and they got cold feet. It makes 0 sense to double down on studios the way they did.For me it’s not even the incentives but the distribution again. They had an opportunity to even out the balance between studios and 1/2brs and decided to add more studios.
Idk this is tough because I like eveything else about the resort like theming and location but I’m going to have to track 11 month availability for 2BRs.
Yes due to delay in closing to allow people to spread out payments. However, I do think the PolyTower will do very well with pent up anticipation for the propertyDoes anyone think Riviera might outsell Poly this month or next month because of incentives or lack thereof?
Do you have a link to that? I am having trouble finding it?
just for PVB (which would make sense) or for all resorts?Guide confirmed NO Magical Beginnings.

Didn't they just recently artificially drop the Polyneisan base point from $250 When it was just the longhouses?
So in reality the discount is actually a little higher.
I still wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole for a contract that's not the full length, has absurdly high point charts. Has numerous rooms - bungalows and penthouses - that most will never touch. Has lower priced larger rooms that aren't going to be attainable even at 11 months.
I'd need something like the recent OKW incentives to get me to jump back in.
I honestly feel like DVC has turned the corner to an ordinary timeshare recently. Their primary goal now seems to be maximizing the rooms they will be able to sell for cash when they aren't booked, hoping to figure out ways for owners to not spend their points.
i hope there is still poly available when i'm allowed to buy on Nov 1![]()
I've always considered Magical Beginnings a "smoke screen incentive" anyway. If I have to give something to get something, I hardly call it an incentive.Guide confirmed NO Magical Beginnings.
We'll be staying at Poly in mid-December. Do they ever do extra incentives for potential buyers who are current guests?
There will be plenty. You will also save ~$0.70/point in dues when you buy it on November 1st. Add that to your overall savings. I know it's not much, but for 150 points, that could be a meal at Disney!i hope there is still poly available when i'm allowed to buy on Nov 1![]()
> As a new buyer, you would be eligible for an adding $500 if you have a member referral…we have a thread and you can find someone’s name there..
Is it too late to do that if you've already talked with a guide
