PVB Tower Charts, Sales Date and more!!!

I love the textured artwork on the walls. It's an amazing mix of elegance and theme, I think this might be their best design in a long while.
I don't think I'll stay there, because the cheap rooms will be gone at 7 month and I'm not willing to pay the higher cost for a "better" view, when a standard longhouse is just fine for me. But they look fabulous nonetheless.

Tbh I’d rather have a 45 second room tour than most on YouTube that start by standing outside giving some pointless introduction before showing you the closet and talking about how spacious that is. Awful and drives me crackers!
This! A six minute extreme close up in the hallway, followed by a detailed explanation of the ironing board.

The rooms look very nice. As a non Poly owner, I don’t think I’ll have a shot at a one or two bedroom any time soon. Surprised there are so few two bedrooms. Guess we will just have to visit the Poly when we stay at VGF.

Is this just what is declared?

Asking because I presume the 360 studios that are larger are the longhouses. If so, that means only 222 rooms in the tower.

Even so, definitely disappointed at the low number of 1 and 2 bedrooms, though the ratio isn’t quite as awful if you’re looking just at the tower:

39 Duo
91 Dedicated Studios
26 Dedicated 1BR
16 Dedicated 2BR
46 Lock-Off 2BRs
4 Penthouse 2BRs

Definitely not what is declared. 46 of the rooms being lockoffs, means the potential for 268 rooms being booked by different guests. (Disney sometimes refers to as keys)

So just to clarify, is it confirmed there are only 16 dedicated 2 bedrooms and if so, is this the average number of dedicated 2 bedrooms in most resorts? My family prefer the queen beds over the Murphy beds in the lock offs. I can imagine the “hunger games”/ walking for these rooms at the eleven month mark, not sure if I’m up for it, and hoping incentives will be strong this Tuesday given the high point charts etc

That chart posted appears to be the official updated to the POS…so, I’d say that is what has been added via the tower.

“Here’s a vacuum JUST IN CASE YOU WANT TO VACUUM ON VACATION”
Ever been on vacation with twin toddlers? 🤣🤣🤣 one drops the goldfish crackers, then the other one dances on them. Then comes, “I hope that’s chocolate”. I am always a good steward to the family that has the room after our circus. I vacuum and Clorox wipe the room down, so they aren’t stuck waiting on mousekeeping to sort it out.

It doesn’t appear DVC went far enough with adding one and two bedrooms. Any info on how many in each view category?

Those SF's make a lot more sense based on the plans and eye test. I was having trouble getting to the same SFs posted awhile back but didn't trust my Adobe measuring skills or knowledge enough to post, but turns out they were pretty close. Always seemed like with such a tight site, rooms on the small side were inevitable. Good thing for (mostly) nice views and abundant Poly common areas/amenities to balance out the experience, I guess.

Wow. Square footages well below RR and VGF, which is a disappointment but not surprise. That, combined with the high point chart… stinks.
While smaller than RIV and VGF, they're certainly not what I would consider small. Each Poly tower room is pretty much the average room size across the WDW DVC resorts. But when the points required to stay are equal or significantly greater than VGF's larger sized rooms, it sort of becomes a bad look.

I should not keep coming back to this post. I have 110 Poly points I bought last year becuase we loved the size and location of the longhouses. However, we had a taste of a 1br at Beach Club this summer and now I am feeling some kind of feelings about wanting a FW 1br!!
I don't always travel the same times. We typically do 5 nights (point saver!!). FW doesnt seem to make sense for me, but this post is making me second guess myself. Looking at 44 as we are from NJ and have young kids, or maybe 7 or 19.
I am planning to add on 25-50 points just to switch our studios to a 2br for our feb trip since my in-laws are coming. How is this addonitits already morphing from 25 points to a FW 1br?!?!
