So the other day I saw these at Walmart and bought them, tried it out(we have a HE washer) and it worked beautifully - They are great for travel as you can put as many of the sheets you think you might need in a ziplock and laundry needs are all set

At our Walmart the 20 pack w/dispenser was $5.87 - I did not see refills yet

If you go to the link that OP listed, there's a spot to print a coupon for $1 off also!

They look convenient. I hope they get a "free" version. I can't breathe the perfumes of ordinary laundry products. With a name like Purex, maybe they will do that!

I used these when I was in the military. Well, not this brand but this item and that was about 11 years ago. It made washing our uniforms so much easier.

I'm hoping the same thing; I can't use any of the scented detergents or fabric softeners either. If anyone see a 'free' version, please let us know.

you can use the "contact us" button a the bottom and ask them if they are planning a "free" version. The more folks that ask, the more likely they would be to do it.

They do have a free version of these I saw them at my Walmart. I usually use free detergent as well. My problem was that the walmart only had the refills in Free not the starter set in free, no big deal though. I bought the starter set to take with us on vacation and figured when I am through all of them I will by the refill packs of the free!!

I just used one tonight to try them out. Not too bad. My son is going to camp this summer and will have to do his laundry, these are going to work really well for him (ok, I'm assuming that at 15 yr old will really do laundry).:laundy::rotfl:

Oh man, trading my bottle of detergent for some of those sheets will free up some room in my Owner's Locker! :cool1:

That's exactly what I told my husband!

I bought a pack yesterday at Meijer(midwest regional chain).

More room in my quart baggie and I can stop hording little boxes of Tide like a chipmunk:rotfl2:.

Sister and I are considering going on a Princess cruise to NE/Canada this Sept.(prices are unbelievable! and she's wanted to do this one forever). I think these would be good for the on-board self laundry too.

I am thinking they will be great for my college age son. Maybe the ease will help him to do his laundry at school and NOT bring it home to us!!!!:rotfl2:

That is sooo funny! I just got back from Walmart where I purchased two starter sets (one is for my college age son!!). You know, the one that called from college and asked why his clothes were not dry when the dryer stopped... he thought the dryer was broken and called to ask how long he could leave them in before they caught fire!! :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Sandi- Sounds like you and I may be living the same life! ;)

I know and mine lives in an apartment on campus so they have their OWN washer/dryer!!!

He says he wants us to feel as though he still needs us:laughing:!!!

Just got back from Target. Mine had the "spring" scent as well as the "Pure&Clean" which is the hypoallergenic one. You can actually see it on the link - you just have to click on it as it is defaulted to show up on "Spring". They look pretty cool!

I read about them on another thread, it said that the dryer sheet part only worked so-so, but the convenience was awesome, and it appears as though you can take these in your carry-on as well.

Thanks to the OP for the info.
I just bought some at our local Giant. There were 2 scents, Tropical and Spring. I bought the Spring because there were 24 sheets in the package as opposed to 20 in the Tropical. The cost was the same for both $5.79.
I bought them now even though we've rented a car to go grocery shopping when we get to WDW, but I did not want to take a chance and not be able to find them.
I will pack some extra dryer sheets just in case they fabric softner does not work as well as some others are indicating.
