We will be visiting Universal Studios Florida in late March...I was looking on their website for ticket options and they have a "three days for the price of two" promotion for the park to park tickets.

The website says this is only available in advance on the website and provides a discount that is not offered for walk up ticket purchases. Is this true and if so is this the best place to purchase tickets?

Thank you!

You just missed the price rise. Since you are getting pretty close to your trip, I would stick to getting tickets here and just doing kiosk pick up. Tickets are considerably more expensive if you just buy them at the gate.

oh well...what do you mean about kiosk pickup? I see an option to purchase on line and print something out? Is this what you mean?

Thank you so much!

You can do that but then you have to carry the printer paper around with you. The option I am referring to is called "will call kiosk". Basically it is like an ATM machine where you put in your code and your credit card (just for ID purposes) and it will spit out your tickets. There are kiosks at the parks and the universal hotels and citywalk.

Click on the "choose shipping" blue tab on the last page where it shows your final prices and 4 options will drop down. The second one is the will call kiosk.

These tickets (2 day park to park with 3rd day free) are also available at Undercover Tourist. They are not much cheaper on UT though, so may not matter to you. I think we saved only an additional $10 on three tickets.

However, even though the will call kiosks are easy to use, I just wanted to have our tickets already in hand for our trip. By ordering on UT, I was able to get express shipping for only an additional $6, which was cheaper than $14 express shipping on the Universal site.
