Purchasing points at older resorts

Anyone know what the going rate is for adding on some points through Disney at VWL? I just wanted to compare it to what appears to be the going rate through resale. Also, I wanted to call my guide today - but even though I get something frequently from her with a phone number to contact her - I can't find one of those anywhere. Is there a way to look up or a central number to call to get in touch with a DVC guide?
