I have contacted a ton of the listings on various timeshare sale sites and never get responses except from possibly a broker who says they will contact me if they ever get a contract.

Try to get one but thing is if I was going through there I would want a deal and right now with ROFR cooking not sure if you can get a good enough deal to not have a streamlined purchasing process from the main resellers.

@gisele2, I do not have experience with redweek.

However, I'm curious which resort you're buying this time. I think you'll have a hard time finding deals as good as the ones you got last time!

I know but right now the exchange rate is way better for me then it was in 2020 !

Are you looking at the PVB one gisele2? I emailed them about it a few weeks ago and it's a very solid contract. It is a redweek full service contract which is much more streamlined then just going directly through the seller.
