Purchasing Merch in the Parks

Years ago, there was a thing where if you wanted to purchase something in a certain park, you could get a very brief pass without having a park ticket to go in and make a purchase. Anyone know if that still exists???

Not offered, but most of the merchandise is now available in the ShopDisneyParks app. This excludes things offered by 3rd party vendors, but should include almost everything that WDW themselves sells. They won't deliver to the front gate anymore, but will deliver if you are staying on property (you can even order in advance), or you can have it shipped directly to your house.
