Purchasing direct during the closure?

We are looking to purchase a very small Aulani add on direct but I wasn't sure if that is a possibility during the closure. I wanted to see about switching my prior guide (and I don't have his contact info either way) but when I called the sales office they just mention they are closed. Anyone tried to purchase direct points int he last 6 weeks or so?

They are closed until 1st June. I spoke to my Guide and they are not allowed to work. They cant even log into the system as 'compliance' wont let them

Is it definite they are reopening on 6/1?

No, thats intended date. Not guaranteed, it could change.
Although Florida is in stages of re-opening

Sales could indeed open up June 1st, even if resorts or parks do not.

Yes I was reading that the Hotels could open up, even if the Parks do not.

Well, I tried to call a guide and the DVC Sales Office and both appear to still be closed - maybe they open with the DVC resorts later in June or the Parks in July?
