Purchasing AP's online

If I had done so yesterday, I wouldn't have had a problem. Today I can't purchase AP's online unless I'm a Florida resident.

Does anyone know if there's a problem here or something has changed?

I don't know for sure, but I would assume there is just a problem.

Anyone know what's going on with this? No matter what icon/link I click on, I'm directed to the Florida residents options.
