Purchasing AP w/ DVA

Hi, I was just wondering if this is possible I tried calling DVA # to see if they will let me the first time I called them last month they said I could, then when I just called just barely they said I couldn't. Is there a way that I can just call the Disney Ticket # and give them my account number and just have them run it as a giftcard?
