Purchasing a Discounted AP

Just bought my passes for the first of my trips this December. Got the will call number for when I get there. She also posted to my DVC account in the comments section in case I forget or lose the will call number.

One our first day we plan to upgrade our 2 day tickets from long ago for DVC annual passes ... Can this only be done at the parks or can it be done at the resort. Also, if the family is eating breakfast can I take all our tickets, id's and membership cards over to the ticket window and get the passes or does each and every member of the party have to be there for the purchase?

Bronte my understanding is can only be done at the parks or DTD locations. I would suggest reading the information posted on this website about upgrading tickets. There is a Sticky under Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies. It is full of great information.
