Purchasing ‘old resort’ direct costs

Hi all

Does anyone known the current price per point to purchase SSR direct from Disney?

I am looking to add 100 points and would appreciate being able to forecast the costs.

Note that right now, Direct Sales is still closed, and there's been no ETA on when they will reopen. I was told "not before the parks reopen" but so far as I'm aware, there's been no confirmation they are reopening with either the June 22 resorts reopening, or parks reopening on 7/11.

I'm hoping they open after I pass ROFR so they don't want to buy back my contract
