Purchased DVC AP's and now I have a question?

Over the last two months I purchased 4 DVC annual passes. Two of them were purchased over the phone the night before the price increase. An additional pass was purchased over the phone a couple of weeks ago. That same day I purchased one annual pass online. I have received three green exchange vouchers In the mail. Do you receive exchange vouchers on the passes that you purchase online? I'm not really sure which one I'm missing a green exchange voucher for.all of my passes show up in my MDE account. Should I be concerned that I don't have a fourth exchange voucher?

When we initially bought APs over the phone with DVC MS we chose Will Call and were given a confirmation #. I don't recall getting a physical voucher. When we arrived at WDW we went to GR and gave them the confirmation # along with our DVC cards and drivers' licenses in order to get our APs. When we renewed our APs this past December, again via phone with DVC MS, I don't recall even getting a confirmation #! The renewal APs appeared immediately in our MDE account. When we arrived at WDW we again went to GR with DVC cards and licenses and picked up our new APs.

I ordered online before the price increase and I was able to specify 'will call' or getting the green card via mail. I selected to have the card mailed. So, yes, you can opt to get the green card when purchasing online.

Edit: I just checked the email from the online order and in addition to the exchange certificate I have a confirmation number. This number matches the number above my name on the letter that came with the exchange certificate. In addition, on the back of the exchange certificate is the date you ordered it. So, you should be able to match up your existing certificates by date or number to figure out which order didn't get a certificate.

And, either the confirmation number or the exchange cert should get you a ticket.

I order online always and request the will call certificate. Look for your email confirmation in your mail and there should be a link to print your will call certificate.
