purchase in Gift shop faulty

A week ago today I bought a $7 charm bracelet link in POP. Yesterday the stone fell out of one of mickey's ears. It's along way back to the store! Any recourse?
 
That happened to us with a purchase from the gift store on the Boardwalk. On the receipt there is a website address. I e-mailed them about the problem and described the merchandise and what was wrong with it. I received a reply within 48 hours telling me that a replacement was on the way. I did not have to return the defective mechandise and there was no charges for shipping. I had my replacement within a few days. Ahh....the Disney Magic lives!!!!

You won't be able to replace it, as TDS doesn't carry those.

Before the end of the year, TDS will no longer take park returns.

You'd be better off calling the number on the bottom of the receipt, they'll send you a new one.
