He couldn't even get through the story with his parents without tearing up, so he told them to ask me. They called last night and I told them the story and I actually think his Dad was really crying. His mom and I talked right after, but his dad was at a bbq at his bosses house. His mom actually said to me "It's about time!" His grandma was in tears when I called her. She really wants to see me and the ring so we are taking her out to dinner before Frank's game tonight.

Then I get to go home and Dis the night away!

DH & I met on March 16, 2006 so we have been together almost 2 1/2 years.
Tell me about it! I can't believe it's over. I am lost without all the stress, though much more relaxed!! I am sad though cause I am still using my maiden name, I want to change everything but can't until I get copies of the marriage certificate. Work won't change anything until I have my new social security card. All I have changed is my hotmail account!

I don't know. I mailed the request since we would have go to NH to get them in person. I want to change my name now! Once I get the copies, I am going to send out SS and get my license. My other accounts will probably just need a copy sent. In the meantime, I am practicing my new signature.

FYI, I got the ball rolling at work about month before I got married. If you are changing insurance or anything you only have so long for the qualifying event. It was cheaper for us to add DH to my work insurance than carry our own policies. Plus, having DH on is the same as the family rate so even if we have 7 kids, it will stay the same. It's good to get used to the added expenses. Not that I am going to have 7 kids.

Even though I do all this planning, I am still holding out to winning the lottery so I can be a SAHM or work part time.
