Pulling up F! ADR online

Has anyone ever been able to pull up and ADR online if you booked the Fantasmic package? I booked it over the phone, since you can't book online, but have never been able to retrieve it. I can retrieve any other one & I get an error when I try.

I called to make sure I had the correct conf # & that it was still there, & everything was fine. I was hoping I could get an e-mail print out like the rest to keep in my file.

Just curious if this is even possible. Thanks!

Yes, I was able to retrieve online a Fantasmic dinner package ressie that was made on the phone. Are you using the right phone number that was associated with the ressie?

I can pull up mine. DH made it over the phone. And my email confirmation came a little later than ressies made online did. check to see if you are using the right phone number (my husband made it with our home phone instead of cell phone)

I have tried every phone number I can think of and nothing

I just checked. Mine for May pulled up.

That is so strange! I called Disney Dining just to make sure it was there and it was. I had the correct conf # & was using the correct phone # as well. I guess it's not a big deal, but I just like having a print out just in case.

When I try, I get this code at the top of the screen: E02020217100

I also just checked and mine was up (made it 2 days ago). Maybe try from a different computer and see if it works.
