Hi, looking at this condo for a future trip and was curious if anyone has any feedback. I know Florida Sun gets great reviews on here, but I was hoping someone would have an experience to share.

The reviews on the website are good, but the fact that they aren't dated concerns me. I don't know if I am reading a review from when the condo was first listed or current.

We just rented from Magical Vacations and our townhouse itself did not have any reviews but the company was recommended multiple times. Unfortunately, the townhouse had roaches. Babies and adults and they weren't palmetto bugs like Florida is known for. I live in Florida and know the difference. The company didn't seem too concerned about my complaint. It created a lot of anxiety staying at the condo and affected our mood at the end of every day.

I rent from VRBO all the time so I know personal rentals are a gamble but I have never encountered roaches during a stay.

Sorry to get off on my tangent, any experiences here or in other Florida Sun properties would be helpful. If you could provide names of listings and when you stayed that would be even more helpful.

we had a great experience with Florida Sun, stayed first week of December 2011 and we are going back may 2014.

Stayed at Dukeroo's, was what we expected and no bug problems at all or anything of that nature.
