publix hours

Hi,

If our flight lands at 9:30 on a Wednesday night will Publix still be open when we get there - probably 10-10:30?

If so will they still be selling beer and wine?

Where are you staying and which store are you thinking of going to as they have different hours, some close at 10pm others 11pm.

Thank you for your response. We will be staying at Saratoga Springs and using a towncar service so we would likely go to whatever store they were willing to stop at.

If you think there would be a better store to stop at please let me know - maybe even a convenience store if necessary. We would just be picking up some beer, possibly wine, and some snacks. It is a short trip so we will not be cooking meals.

I don't know if individual store hours are shown on the Publix website, but you might look there.

Obviously, all of the stores are subject to local city and county regulations, so the days and hours of beer and wine sales may vary. Here in Miami, Publix stores sell beer and wine whenever they are open, except for Sunday morning. On Sunday, they can't sell alcohol until Noon.

ETA: Another option would be liquor stores or some drug stores. Many drug stores (Walgreens, CVS, etc.) sell beer and many of those are open 24 hours. You will also find many convenience stores open late, possibly 24 hours.

I know they are more expensive than Publix but Goodings at Crossroads is open 24 hours. Plus it is right by the DTD entrance to WDW which is the best one for getting to SSR from.

Yes they are and the Publix closest to WDW are a 10pm or 11pm closing.

When we were there in June, the Publix by Crossroads closed at 10:00pm (we got there at 10:05........).
