This is why I like New Hampshire... We don't just have a speed limit, but we also have a speed minimum. So if you're going 75 in a 55 - 65 zone, you get a ticket. If you're going 45 in a 55 - 65 zone, you get a ticket. Driving too slow or constantly slamming on the breaks is just as dangerous as speeding.
that is what many people here in Germany dream of - a minimum speed-law
here you have to drive on the right lane on the Autobahn, even if there is no one in sight - otherwise you can get a ticket (an expensive one!).
If you drive rather fast, you can overtake on the left lanes. Overtaking a car on the right: Ticket!
if you drive too long in the second of three lanes: Ticket!

you need to be very concentrated because you have to break hard when driving for example 115 mp/h and suddenly someone changes the lane between two lorries driving 60 mp/h, getting in front of you.
your traffic is sooo slow...everyone drives slow, that totally stressed us out

but compared to our traffic it is well organised
