Disney is not offering up any additional information other than what is on the website. And now it seems like we are back to extra long holds to video chat because people are using it to ask questions only (according to CM I just spoke with). If you are trying to use video chat to simply ask questions-please stop. You are holding up the line for everyone who is legitimately trying to video chat to obtain a DAS. Thank you.
