While I was disappointed about the closing of the Concourse Steakhouse, the new Wave restaurant sounds like at an excellent replacement. We had a great meal here last Saturday night. I had the vegetable stew and Dh had the lamb, it was very good. My favorite was the 3 dessert offerings, yummy!
