If you are making multiple priority seatings do you call all at once and go over the whole weeks worth with one phone call or is it one call per seating?

You can if you are within 90 days of the last one. Each one must be made at 90 days or less. Actually, there are some that are different, but most are 90.

I do a little of both. For my character meals, and fantasmic package, I call at the 90 day mark, since many of them fill up fast.

For the rest, I wait till the park hours come out, and make tem all at once.
