PS question

We leave in 2 weeks and we just found out that my BIL and SIL are going to have to cancel. All of our priority seatings are for 7 people. Is it okay to show up for these priority seatings with just 4 people? Or do I need to redo everything? Also, 3 of the seatings are in their name. Do I need to change these to our name or can I still use it if I have the number.

You can still show up but it might delay your seating time because they almost certainly wouldn't seat you at a table for 8, they would wait for a table for 4 to become available. If the restaurant is quiet at that time, no sweat, but if it's busy they'd have to juggle things. If you can change them in advance, I would.

As for the PS in someone elses name - as long as it's not CRT breakfast or something, then it's no problem - just give them the name it's booked in when you check in at the podium.
