My search button comes up that this function of the boards is out of services pretty regularly, so I apologize for asking a question that has been probably been answered many, many times previously. Still, it would help if I got some information.
With the new voice system at WDW, where you have to answer questions about "if you're calling to...", "if you've never been to WDW..." etc. I recall reading on the boards that there was a way to skip over those choices.
Does anyone know how? How much quicker does it get you through, too?
I have had excellent success getting through almost immediately myself even pressing the extra survey buttons. So, I wonder about trying something different. Like they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. May be it's because I live on the east coast or use a similar phone service (I don't know this, but I can't imagine how fortunate I've been---not that I've had any tough reservation PSs to make yet. Tomorrow's a bigger one).
Still, I'm open to hearing about this short-cut.
Thanks.
KIS
