Pros and Cons of Eagle Point?

A friend has recommended his friend's villa in Eagle Point for our trip next October.

At £400 a week, it seems fairly priced and I have spoken personally to a third party who has stayed at this particular villa and rates it highly (although he has only done Florida once and obviously has nothing to compare it with).

If anyone has stayed in Eagle Point.......would you stay there again? If not, what would your reasons be?
