Prop Taxes - OKW?

Does anyone have handy the $$ amount for the estimated property taxes on OKW for 2002?

If it helps anyone else - I know that Vero was $.5066 - but I can't find my statement from last year that showed OKW's.

I'll check the amount for OKW when I get home this afternoon, but if you're using it for income tax purposes, the 2003 statement, which we should be receiving soon, will have the actual 2002 taxes paid. There was an overestimate of about .10 per point which will be deducted from the 2003 taxes.

For OKW the estimated property taxes for 2002 were $.7608.
For OKW the "actual" property taxes were $.6576 for 2002

For OKW the estimated property taxes for 2003 are $.7764

Just wondering if the assessments at the other resorts have gone up as much as OKW over the past several years. It seems that I was paying around $680 for 270 points a few years back and it's up to $920, which makes me wonder how high it can go before renting feels like a better deal.

All the resorts took a pretty heavy hit in dues increases this year. The primary reason is increased costs for property insurance and for staff medical insurance. There is also a decrease in the amount of investment income.

From 1997 to 2002, the dues at OKW only increased roughly 2%. This year's increase is roughly 8%. If we return to the more gradual increases in the future we'll be fine. I don't ever think trying to rent points from other members as a way to regularly visit WDW will beat being an actual owner. Too much hassle and uncertainty.
