They sell Salute tickets at the gate. They also sell them at the concierge desk at the onsite hotels.

Are the at hotel tickets taxed?

Just want to add for anyone scrolling through, this is true at Disneyland (CA), but not for WDW (FL).

In FL you can get the tickets at the NEX near the airport.
