Projections before or after HEA?

Last time we were at MK, there was a projection show before the fireworks. Now I'm seeing Once Upon A Time as a projection show at 10 pm, following 9:15 HEA. I'm trying to get a handle on our evening plans but I'm confused with this one. Is there still a projection section BEFORE HEA and then this OUAT is after? Or is OUAT a replacement for the before-show? Just trying to figure out what the timing is and when we need to plan to find our spot. Thanks in advance for the help!

Once Upon a Time is at 10:00 pm. During Happily Ever After, there are projections on the Castle as well. I hope that helps a bit!

Once Upon a Time (OUAT) can either be before or after HEA. It depends on the time of year and park hours.

Once Upon a Time is at 10:00 pm. During Happily Ever After, there are projections on the Castle as well. I hope that helps a bit!

I think maybe we haven't been since Wishes! Egads. Then, it was projections before, then fireworks, then herd to the exit. Actually, I think we did MNSSHP since Wishes but that didn't help my confusion. I just need to get back on my one or more visits per year schedule and all will be well. Thanks for the help!!

Once Upon a Time (OUAT) can either be before or after HEA. It depends on the time of year and park hours.

If I just look at the calendar on the WDW website, it shows HEA at 9:15 but no OUAT. If I search OUAT for our date (8/28), it comes up with a 10 pm time. No biggie.....

Only HEA will show up under “Fireworks and Nighttime Entertainment” on Disney’s park calendar. You have to go to the OUAT page or look at the Times Guide to see the scheduled OUAT time (as it sounds like you’re doing).
