I took a picture of the Planet Fitness sign! After not being able to go to the gym since October due to family obligations (both parents sick and hospitalized), I FINALLY went back today and I feel GREAT!! I am going to use some of this energy to get some housework done before I crash and burn!

I took a photo of my kids & my sister's kids all getting off the bus. But my hot water tank exploded, well, OK, the bottom rusted out, but the bottom line is my basement flooded with hot water and my dh is installing a new one.

Which would you use? The adorable photo of 5 kids getting off the bus or the depressing one of a new hot water tank & a flooded basement?

Decisions, decisions.

Estherhead, I like the kid picture, but you could use that one anyday. The water heater busting and flooding is more memorable.

I couldn't figure out what to take a picture of today. I thought about taking a picture of the doctor's office sign, but I ended up parking way way out in the parking garage and since my camera isn't a nice little thing to toss in my purse, I felt stupid carrying it with me to the appointment. So, I took one of the groceries in my trunk. Something else may happen later that I can take a picture of and there's always a fall back picture of the cats doing something cute!

today's picture is of my DD wearing an adorable outfit (that isn't going to fit much longer). It says I (heart) kisses. I took a bunch of photo's of her in it as I'm going to do a valentines page of her.

DS has a Lumpy hanging on his car seat that has rings hanging from the trunk. Today, when we got home--before I took him out of the seat--I heard him laughing. When I looked over, he had "liberated" Lumpy by pulling him down and completely off of the car seat handle!! I took a pic of him holding the now free Lumpy and looking so proud of himself!

Hearing about all these pics of little ones doing things, makes me wish I had this idea when mine were small. I have to say when mine were little, Polaroid film was still available, and I was using a big heavy 35mm, but still...

I love hearing these stories of the pics of our lives!

Nan- for DS!

Side note- not sure what kind of extraction was done, but my DS20 got a dry socket...VERY painful. Clove oil tasts terrible, but took away the pain. I got it at the health food store, but now I'm told Walgreens might have it. Just something to keep in mind (I tell everyone when I hear tooth pulled)

Today's photo -- In honor of my mom's bday yesterday, I took a photo of my kids tea cups this morning. Growing up, my siblings and I took turns making my mom incessant cups of tea -- with much grumbling. Every time I make 3 cups of tea, I think my mom is in heaven laughing at me!

Mine ended up being a picture of DS loading up my new coffee table in the back of my car. I have been without a coffee table for AT LEAST 5 years and it has been driving me nuts. I stopped by a consignment store yesterday that I have been wanting to stop at for months. I was ready to leave when I spotted this table in the window. It is painted pale pink so I will have to either repaint it or strip it (my favorite color is pink but it SO doesn't go with the living room colors). But I am excited that I finally found a table... and the style matches my end tables almost exactly! So that is my picture of the day for Monday..............P

Monday was my best friend corrupting my son. It's a great picture of Owen (20 months now) sitting on John's lap while he's playing some first person zombie shooter game on the computer. Owen is laughing hysterically at all the BOOM sounds. Thanks John.
