Wow PrincessNancy96...that is very ambitious!!

I will consider my weekly layout a success if it has 7 photos (one per day), some journaling, and a title with the week's dates! I'm not worrying about a theme as of yet...I'm just going to work on the basics!

I'm thinking that tomorrow I'd like to get a sunrise photo from my window here. Then, assuming I remember a year from now, for the 31st of December to get a sunset shot from my window. The likelihood of DH and I moving this year is very high, so it wouldn't be the same window but it'd be like the beginning and end of a year.

I was just reading on yahoo that 3 planets are going to be aligned w/ the cresent moon tonight...

Jupitur, mercury and venus..they said that the best time will be right after sunset... (south-southwestern part of the horizon)

Cool thing about the planets, I was walking over to mom's last night and the moon looked so cool but I didn't feel like breaking out the tripod and all that. Maybe tonight if the clouds move off. We got lots of white stuff today, blech!!!

How about a weekly theme for a few pages.

Like it's 5 o'clock somewhere. Take a pic of what you are doing at 5pm or am every day for a week.

Do we want to start an idea thread that we can link from the first post? Just a list of ideas, no chatter.

I like this idea also ...makes it easier to scrap and to include my DS who isn't as easy to photograph as my DD.

I am not good at long term committments, but I am going to commit to trying!

I'm going to work them a week at a time so I can keep up on them... tomorrow/tonight I'm going to LO the first 2 weeks... I'm going to set up the pages and fix the photos next week... my plan is to always be one week ahead on the 2 page LO.. (KWIM??)

I'm going to scrap 12/29- Jan 4... than Jan 5- Jan 11... I just would prefer to have my weekends together... just in case we are on a trip or something exciting...
I've even got my journal marked already w/ the dates for the month of Jan as above.. I even journalled a bit in it today too...

I thought about doing an all about me book this year..and taking a photo a week of me doing stuff... It seems as DD so loving pointed out today.. I'm rarely in a photo..or when DH takes the photo. I'm looking down.. what the hell is with that???

I thought about doing an all about me book this year..and taking a photo a week of me doing stuff... It seems as DD so loving pointed out today.. I'm rarely in a photo..or when DH takes the photo. I'm looking down.. what the hell is with that???

that is so me Nan. i'm in no pics. i'm always the one behind the camera. i have to actually tell dh to take our pic me and ds on our birthdays just so i can have them. he's not really good at saying let me have the camera so you can be in the pics too! i don't think it's intentional, just oblivious to it.

I am in for this project but I am going to start mine an odd time....when I get married...I think it will be neat to do it for the first year of marriage and then give it for an anniversary gift? Especially since we won't be in the same house all the time at first.

I have taken so much cold medicine that I can't hink, but I want to use Nan's templates, if she doesn't mind.....

DH is good about taking the photo...but I only have pictures of my A$$.. what the hell is with that.. I know how big my a$$ is! DUH!

Okay. I am going to try my best to do this. I won't be buying the kit. I'll send DH out to get me another 12x12 3-ring binder just for this and I won't be out so much money if I, well, you know, quit in the middle of the year.
