It was an interesting experiment. . .highlighting that calories DO count. I hate that.

I don't think it proved anything we don't already know though. . .losing weight is healthy and calorie restriction is one way to do that. Of course, you get more nutritional bang for your buck eating "healthy" foods. And this is most likely not a healthy long term lifestyle change, BUT I think that he showed that it is still possible to lose weight and eat things you like. People have sure done worse things, in my opinion, to lose weight.
