If they want you to pay to join, don't bother! That is the Golden Rule for me. I paid for the list of "People who will pay you to do sureveys, etc" last year, I have never been contacted by any of them I have signed up at, and I did at least 100.
But on a happier note, I did get a call from Focus on Service, they secret shop Longhorn Steak Houses in NH, and I will be eating lunch on them from time to time, they will reimburse up to $25.000 for the meal and pay $10.00 for the survey after. All those 10 dollars add up!
