Product rate code question

On nationals site they have specials for good through June on 3 day weekend rentals, etc. My question is, do you have to belong to EA in order to take advantage of these codes or can anyone use them. I know there are supposed to be ways to get EA for free but have not come across any.

Yes, anyone can use the specials.
