I have been on the phone with disney the past two nights for over three hours each time. In mde I have three reservations and it won't let me make fastpass plus selections when I should be able to. I have talked to so many "specialists" and nothing is changing. I'm nice and patient and my husband says it's time to be nasty and get answers and ask for some kind of "perk" for having to deal with this for so long and nothing changes after they promise it will. Has anyone experienced this or gotten any "perks" after having such a nightmare time with something?
