Problems with photopass site?

So has anyone ever had a problem using their debit card on the photopass/memory maker site? My card is fine- I just used it elsewhere and I have plenty of $$ in the acct, but I tried ordering something and it keeps saying my card can't be processed. Any ideas?

I went to order a memory maker this morning and I received an error every time I tried to add it to the cart. Hopefully tomorrow it will be working better.
