problems with online dining system

Is anyone getting thru on the online dining system at all lately???????
so frustrating!!!!
 
AGH! I am so glad you posted this. Im a TA and have been unable to view my TA dining system for days now. Im going to call after work today if I get a chance. I tried last Friday and was on hold for 30 minutes.:headache:
 
It's definitely slow and sometimes I'm getting the session time-outs. It's probably something to do with the new free dining plans so everyone is online to make their reservations

My best bet was to call and make my reservations.

I can get onto the website and book reservations no problem, but I am getting weird emails afterward. I get my confirmation email immediately followed by two identical emails saying it's cancelled, but when I log on to see my ressies online they are still there.:confused3
 

Yes its acting up. I had my hotel reservation linked to my dining reservations and only one showed up. I had to retrieve them all again to link. Printed it out to make sure. I was able to cancel one and make another one.
 
I got up early this AM to make our reservations (5am central) and kept getting an error message when I tried to confirm. I remembered reading on here that some people were having difficulty with their Firefox browsers. Sure enough, I switched browsers to Google Chrome and had zero problems. Everything went through just fine. I got confirmation emails immediately and everything is showing up when I log on to my reservations.

Have you tried another browser to see if it might help?
