Problems with online dining reservations

For such a large company, it is pretty embarrassing that they don't invest some time & energy in a little cross-browser testing.

Getting frustrated over here. Everytime, I try to book a reservation or cancel one, computer keeps asking me to sign in and then reservations don't come up. Then I try calling tech support for help or Disney phone numbers and it keeps ringing and ringing and ringing and then some guy comes on telling me that all circuits are busy and to try again later. Been like that for the last 2 hours. Also, after making a reservation, I try looking it up and instead of the name of the restaurant, some mysterious number takes the place of it. I had to call Disney dining and they told me that it was fine on their end. Go figure.
