we are getting ready for our very first WDW holiday (from Italy) in the end of November, and have sorted out most of the arrangements.
I have been trying to enter our flight information for the Magical Express online for the last two days with no luck, basically I enter all the relevant info requested on the website, click on save and after loading for a while the website returns me to the itinerary page where it states (among our other selections):
Ground Transportation
Disney's Magical Express Included
Add Flight Information ».
Is it normal that it still displays the "Add flight information" link (and if I click all the fields have been resetted to how they were before entering any info) with no further notice about the flight information already provided? How can I contact Disney (alternatives to phoning please since we are in Italy) to check whether they have received the correct information or not?
