Problems with DVC site tonight?

Anyone else have trouble logging in with password tonight? I've been on the site many times this fall planning our trip - for which we leave tomorrow. I just tried to get on the site and it sent me to the "since it's your first time signing into the member site" log in for which I can't remember the club id and login.....it was so long ago. It wouldn't recognize my email and password. I have the password written down and I used it late last week....so I know it's correct. What's up with that?

Okay, thanks....clearly I missed that conversation because I wasn't having trouble then. But why oh why would it give me grief the day before our trip! Grrrrrrrr.......

Yep it happened to me. I asked about it on the MISC board. I just closed out IE and tried again and it seemed to work. At least fo now.

I tried again this am and it didn't work. I haven't had time to call MS yet....

no computer expert - but someone mentioned if you are NOT using microsoft as you operating system then you might have problems.

you might ask on the tech board or send a note to Caskbill - he was the one who say this. I certainly don't know what it means. so sorry!

Thanks spiceycat, but I have microsoft explorer and have never, ever had a problem before. Something got reset...... I just don't know on which end it is - mine or DVC.

Ok I had remembered this thread was on here....this just happened to me too. Been member since 2000 and been on site many times, today it doesn't know me and tell me its my first time. I don't have any numbers from 6 years ago. How did you resolve this. Thanks Carol

I just logged in and got the usual..."This page is not available". I then click on "Member Log In" in the upper right hand corner and it takes me right to the member section, complete with "My DVC". Weird, but it seems to be working despite itself!
