I tried to reset my password while I was on vacation a couple weeks ago - I had all kinds of issues doing it through my phone while I was in the park. When I got back home, everything went smooth as silk on my home computer. Not sure if this applies to you, but I thought I'd share my experience.

i have been trying to order gift cards for vacatoin and it wont work - hastn' for like 2 weeks

Thanks for sharing that. I tried to go in my phone and it worked, for whatever reason my computer it wouldn't.

I would contact costumer service. I hope you get it working before your vacation.
