Is anyone else having problems booking dining on MDE? I am getting an error message every time. I also can't cancel anything on the website. Next to each dining reservation, I see, 'sorry, cancellation of this reservation is currently unavailable'. Anyone else?
I've had a slightly different problem where it won't let me switch out a res. I go to get a different time and it won't give me the option to cancel to get the new one; it just says I already have one. I've had to cancel in a separate step then grab the other one...very risky I hope they change it back to the old way.
I've been trying 'all day' every day sine Monday and it hasn't been working I've had to phone each day to book. Not sure what the problem is but it's definitely been 'broken' for at least a week
I have a reservation that I cancelled to obtain another that won't come off my MDE thus not allowing me to make a new reservation. I've called twice and emailed it's still there. ...the worst part I lost out on a hard to get reservation.
