Problems finding values

Can anyone help me figure out how to find the value of two very rare items?
First is a paper model of a Disney cruise ship, it was about $1500 when I bought it in maybe 2004? It’s 3 of 10, and I can find none of them having been sold online before. It’s frames and signed and numbered. It’s in perfect condition with no fading.
Second is a one of a kind original painting bought at auction at the premier event for The Haunted Mansion movie (Eddie Murphy)… it’s a paining of the mansion entitled (I believe) “Beauty among the Darkness” and it has something like 36 hidden mickeys in it….
Any help appreciated….. I also have about 20-30 giclees, most signed (actually signed) by Peter and/or Harrison Ellenshaw. Is there anyplace that would be able to sell/auction them aside from eBay?

I'm not sure if you are still looking for this info but I just discovered an auction site called Heritage Auctions that have had alot of Disney items on auction. (I won a couple of things at auction from them).

I don't know how it would work to get them items or even if they accept small lots but it would be worth an email to ask.
