Problems completing installation of Shockwave?

Hi, all. My VMK computer has been under the weather lately, and we just installed a new hard drive on it. Yesterday I wanted to get on VMK but no matter how many times I tried to install Shockwave, it would get all the way to the end of the installation progress bar, then never go any farther. Installation would never complete. I tried finding older versions of Shockwave and installing them, but all versions just did the same thing. Any ideas that can help me get back to VMK? Thanks so much!

ETA: My computer uses Windows XP.

YOu need to go to a shockwave help website. Or go to Windows XP for their help.
