Problems booking???

I know many have had problems online booking lately so wasn't surprised when I woke at 555 to do my online dining only to discover it didn't recognize my reservation number (booked online last week myself). But at 7am, when I tried to call, it keeps hanging up on me! I've tried the dining number, the bbb number to book dd's reservation for that, and I"ve tried 407-wdisney... ALL OF THEM HANG UP ON ME!

Is anyone else having this problem or had this problem in the past and can tell me how long it lasts? I can't imagine I'm the only one that keeps getting hung up on. It gets right to the ponit where they say hold on, someone will be with you shortly, and I get a dial tone. For bbb they say stay on the line and it goes to complete silence... forever

Update: Finally got through to the BBB line at 745. She was able to book BBB as well as all our dining. Got off the phone at 830. Apparently they've been doing upgrades. I only reached her becasue she was having headphone problems and I was her guinia pig. I'm curious to know if others had similar problems with phone reservations this morning...

I'm with you...i was up at 5:45 - logged in, pulled up my reservation went to make ADR's got my first day but then it wouldn't let me make any other days. I was IRATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! i tried for the whole hour. At 7 i tried calling, and called repeatedly till 7:30 cause i too would call, dial 0 for someone, say i wasn't in orlando and then it would hang up on me!!!!! The poor woman that finally got me on the phone at 7:31 - at that point i had calmed down a little but i was still pretty pissed.

She was very nice and did get me all the reservations i wanted and needed but me getting up at that hour in the morning, topped by the tech difficulties does not make for a happy day in my household.

Glad to hear I'm not alone. I guess misery does love company

The attendant I got was just wonderful and even tho she was supposed to be booking for bbb, she booked all my ADRs as well. So very nice. It all worked out ok as I got all the ADRs I wanted at my preferred times incl LeCellier and CRT. Only Garden Grill wasn't at the time I preferred but close enough that it'll be just fine.
