Problems Booking Today

I got up at 4:30 AM to book my 7 months out trip. The studio I wanted was not available and I was successfully able to waitlist it. In the mean time, I searched for a one bedroom at the same resort. Full availability appeared (along with another 1 BR with a different view) and I tarted to follow the links to book it. As soon as I did, I got a message that said the room was no longer available. It gave me two options to either start over or refresh my selections, I close the latter. Again, full availability showed. I was finally able to get it done FOUR hours later, but not for the view I wanted (trust me after fighting with this since 4:30 AM I am grateful for the other view!). Has anyone ever had this happen? I have been a DVC member since 2000 and booked many, many trips so I know I was doing everything correctly. This really put me in a snit this morning!

This right here....if you start too early that's exactly what happens. The ability to choose the current day as a start date switches at midnight but the ability to actually book it doesn't begin until 8am.

My first thought also was that you were trying too early. Unless you're in Hawaii 4:30 was too early but that would have been too late for hawaii anyway.

I do wish they'd fix the message though so that people knew why they weren't able to book.
