Problem with SR survey today

I have been trying to access the survey page tonight and I keep getting a page that says I have exceeded the daily survey limit. Please come back tomorrow. Problem is, I haven't completed any surveys today and when I did try to access the surveys it was after the 24 hour time period from my last survey. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

I just went in and tried the surveys and didn't have any problem. Did you try to clear your cookies and see what happens then. Maybe that will help.

Thanks Cingroomer. I cleared my cookies and the same page keeps coming up about exceeding the survey limit for the day. I even tried it with my DH's info and the same thing happens. Guess no survey for me tonight.

That's really odd. I just went in and was able to get one as well (I stopped after the first few pages though because I have to get to bed before the big race tomorrow!!).

Do you have a different computer that you can try from? Or maybe shut your computer down completely and start it up again? For some reason, that seems to help some of the weird Greenfiled survey issues.

Sunshinegirl...I just tried again after shutting down my computer for a couple of hours. The same page is still coming up about exceeding the daily survey limit. I even tried it with my DH's info and e-mail address and the page still comes up. The last survey I did was Thursday night around 8:15 so I know that I was beyond the 24 hour time frame. I guess I'll just try again tomorrow.

try changing your demographics (bump your age up or down 1) just a bit and if you have a gmail email put a period between one of the letters and you should be ok. I get this message every now and then and do those 2 things and I'm back in business.
