Problem with Photopass order

My daughter ordered a Halloween border on her MNSSHP pictures and she got the pictures today with no border. They are no longer on Photo Pass website. Any suggestions?
The pictures are adorable but would be even cuter with the border, which she ordered.

I have had the same situation.
Email Disney with the order number and explain the situation. They will do one of two things...they will either offer to reprint the photographs, or they will give you a credit for 1 picture and put your photos back on the site for a limited time.
