Problem with MyCokeRewards (double points)

I entered 6 codes and got them all doubled except one that wasn't Coke and that one I knew would only give me the 10 points instead of 20,but when I entered my 7th code,it was a 12 pkg of Coke and it only gave me 10 points instead of 20 (doubled for today).How can I get them to add my points that I should have gotten?

Because you are only allowed 120pts per week, so when you entered the first 6 you were are 110pts and the 7th would have put you over the limit if they added the bonus points. I think? I might be wrong?

You can only enter 120 points a week so it sounds like you hit your limit.

Coke is having a problem with this bonus. Seems like it is not taking anything but regular coke codes ( not diet ect.) and sometimes not even that. You can find out more information on the cokerewards facebook page. I entered some today that did not give me credit.

They said they are aware of the problem but have not yet said what they plan to do for those who have entered cokes.

Yeah, none of my entered codes rang up as double. I emailed them about it and hopefully will receive a response and they'll rectify the situation.

Bonus points don't count against your 120 point weekly limit.

I got the same email. They have credited in the past, so no worries.
