Problem with Creation Rewards

Has anyone had points disappear or redeemed point only to have that redemption dissapear in a couple of day and not have the points recredited to their account? What happened?

I cashed out for 2 checks (one for $15 & one for $50). A couple of days later the $50 check disappeared from my account info and I got a few points back but no where near the 10100 point I had redeemed for it. I am having trouble getting an answer from CR. ANyone have a phone number?
