If anyone remembers my post from last week of how my car was not looked at after dropping it off at a garage last week things were resolved today.
I sent a letter to the Service Manager on Friday and received a phone call from his this morning stating he was reimbursing me the $42.30 for work that was not performed on my vehicle. He apologized and said there was no reason why my car wasn't looked at and/or fixed in that 7 1/2 hour time frame. He also said he reprimanded the man that kept me in the dark about what was going on with my car.
So needless to say I am now happy I'll be getting my money back and my car was fixed by my 73 y/o dad who went and got the part and fixed it in a short amount of time.
